- Being a mother of two girls I am passionate about food and nutrition, but I haven't always been. It wasn't until I had my first child that I began becoming concerned with toxins around my child, air quality and food. I have found a passion in food and nutrition and eventually started studying Holistic Nutrition. However I do realize the world we live in and even though it is not ideal it is what we got. I believe moderation to everything is the key, even eating. I may not be able to keep my girls away from every fruit roll up and soda but I can educate them in making smarter choices. And although I would love to live completely free of supermarkets, school lunches unhealthy snacks I am not at this point. I hope you can join me on my journey to finding the perfect balance of Wholesome Moderation.
